Summer Internships

FIRST RF currently has openings for outstanding students who are interested RF design, analog front-end design, and embedded programming for paid summer internships. All applicants must be a US citizen and have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be willing to relocate to the Boulder, Colorado area for the summer.

Qualifications include:

Senior or graduate level coursework with electromagnetics and/or antennas

Exposure to passive and/or active RF design and analysis

Exposure to HFSS, FEKO, or other simulation tools

Familiarity with RF lab equipment, including basic network and spectrum analyzer concepts

Embedded control and analog electronics background

Applied mathematics/physics

IC Circuit board design, basic circuit theory

Signal processing experience

Software defined radio experience
